Yes. Aila reaches most countries with local inbound numbers your sources can call at standard rates, and places outbound calls internationally too. Text messages to sources go out in nine languages — English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German, Spanish and French — so the whole thing, from first contact to interview, can happen in the source's own language.
Yes. Recordings, transcripts and source details belong to your account alone. Nothing is shared with a third party, and nothing is used to train a model. Delete any interview — recording and transcript both — from your dashboard whenever you want.
Yes. There are no annual contracts, minimum terms, or cancellation fees. You can downgrade from Pro to Free, or cancel entirely, from your billing settings at any time. If you cancel mid-month, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
No. A source answers a phone call or opens a web link — nothing to download, nothing to register, nothing to configure. The fewer steps between a source and the interview, the more of them actually finish it.
